By accessing or using FundScout ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
FundScout provides grant eligibility matching and information services for Canadian businesses. Our Service includes free eligibility reports and paid Decision Packs with detailed action plans, templates, and guidance.
3. No Guarantee of Funding
Important: FundScout provides information and guidance to help you identify and apply for grants. We do not guarantee that you will receive any grant funding. Grant decisions are made solely by the granting organizations based on their own criteria and available funds.
4. Accuracy of Information
We strive to keep our grant information accurate and up-to-date by sourcing from official government and program websites. However, grant programs may change without notice. Always verify eligibility requirements directly with the granting organization before applying.
5. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and complete information
6. Payments and Refunds
FundScout Pro: Monthly subscription is $79/mo CAD. Annual subscription is $59/mo CAD (billed $708/year). You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Done-For-You ($499/grant): Expert-prepared grant applications. Due to the digital and service nature of the product, refunds are generally not provided once the drafting process has commenced.
